  • Weather condition – always plan ahead of time for a specific date to insure that you are not installing during bad weather conditions. If it is inevitable, you should consult first with your local government or with a good builder for instructions on what to do as your house will suffer if you do not install the roof in time even in harsh conditions.
  • Roofer Safety – aside from the materials and the installation process, the safety of the person(s) putting up the roofing products should also be given similar or more importance. The skills and experience of the one setting up the roof plays a very big role to the success and effectiveness of the procedure. A highly trained roofer knows what to look out for and what to do even during harsh conditions although most of them would never dare venture during such events. Harness such as a rope attached to the belt of the roofer is very important to insure his or her safety. In case you are doing the installation by yourself, this is one of the most essential things you need to remember and follow every time you climb up your roof.
  • Type of Materials – the type of roofing material to be used is also essential to the whole installation process as there are those that are quite easy to put up and those that require several hours and good skills in order to properly be installed.
